Executive Advisory works with the people at the top of the business on how they lead, decide and hold the organisation to account.
It is confidential, one to one and tied directly to business performance. The agenda is the leadership challenges in front of you: decisions, people, communication, culture and the pressure of leading through growth and change.
This is executive-level advisory. It is not life coaching or general personal development, and it is not therapy.

How engagements work
Clear scope from the start.
- Enquiry. Tell me about the business and what you want to change.
- Conversation. We discuss the situation and whether this is the right kind of advisory.
- Review. I look at the business across the six core areas of the Business System to agree the priorities.
- Agreement. Focus, level of involvement and fee confirmed in writing.
- Ongoing advisory. Regular working sessions, with progress reviewed against the agreed priorities.
Executive Advisory usually runs as regular confidential sessions, with time between sessions to work on specific issues as they come up.
Advisory engagements start from $5,000 AUD per month + GST. The structure varies with the level of involvement and what the business needs.
