What I do
Advice from someone who has owned and run businesses.
Most owners already know a lot about their business. What they rarely have is someone experienced to think it through with, who will tell them plainly what is working and what is not.
That is the role I play. I work one to one with the owner to find what is limiting performance, decide what to change and keep the work moving until it is done. The advice is practical and grounded in more than 19 years of running businesses myself.
